Partner with us
We are small on purpose. That only works with help.
Nobody here takes a salary and we have no warehouse, no fleet, and no buying power. What we have is people who know exactly which young adult needs what, and when. If you can supply the what, we can get it to the who.
What actually helps
Goods and products
Blankets, bedding, hygiene supplies, backpacks, kitchen basics, work clothes. The ordinary things somebody needs to furnish a first apartment and cannot buy all at once.
Services and expertise
Trades, legal help, tax preparation, driving lessons, haircuts, a mechanic who will look at a first car honestly. Skills are as useful to us as stock.
Employers
A real first job matters more than almost anything else we can arrange. If you hire entry level and you are willing to be patient through a rough first month, tell us.
Mentoring
People who have built something and can spend real time with someone who is starting from nothing. We coordinate mentoring through the providers already working with a young person, so it fits their situation rather than cutting across it.
Agencies and caseworkers
If you work with young people approaching their exit date, we would rather hear from you before they age out than after. There is no referral form and no waiting list.
Agencies we work with
We are not the only people doing this, and we are better when we are not doing it alone.

Thrive Arizona
Prevention, reunification, and aged out. We go out together: they reach young adults we never would on our own, and we can move fast on the practical things.

Tell us what you have
The more specific you are, the faster we can say yes or tell you honestly that we are not the right home for it.
